Summer body: do’s and don’ts (they might surprise you!)
Many might think about ‘getting in shape’ with summer around the corner. So here are my five recommendations for this summer. They might surprise you!

I believe it’s important to understand our story. The things that have built our relationship with food and our body, as well as or relationship with emotions. This is my story, and it helped me understand why I engaged in Emotional Eating behaviors. What is your story?
Embrace your body: your journey to self-love
Body image is a difficult topic. We are surrounded by messages that tell us our bodies don’t look the way they should which leads us to be at war with our body. It’s time to make a change and start shifting the way we view our body, accept it and respect it.
