Transform Your Weeks: Find Balance & Joy

When Monday through Friday is packed with responsibilities and obligations and no space for fun, weeks become heavy. So much so that sometimes we can’t even take advantage of our days off because we’re too tired or there are many things we want to do (because the weekend is the only time you have to do them), so you must choose wisely.

If, on top, you don’t enjoy your job, have an annoying boss, have a stressful job, work too many hours, there‘s a colleague that makes your life difficult... More uncomfortable emotions built up.

Food makes your week more enjoyable and helps you cope with frustration, boredom, and dissatisfaction.

When you’re able to find the balance that works for you, in which all week, regardless of it being the weekend or not, there are things you’re looking forward to doing, you know there’s more than responsibilities and obligations, and there’s joy; you don’t need food to make your week more enjoyable or to cope with the emotions that can come from a lack of joy. Because your week already gives it to you.
