End Emotional Eating

Break free from food guilt and body shame

so you can focus on what’s important to you

I’m on a mission to empower women who are struggling with emotional eating to create healthy habits and coping mechanisms so that they can break free from food guilt and body shame and reconnect to what's important to them, like their passions and dreams.

You spend a lot of time and energy thinking about food and your body.

But you know life is more than that… you’re in the right place

You have done diets and applied food rules and restrictions. But you’ve never been able to sustain this for too long.

You feel like a failure because you think you have no willpower over food; you believe you are the problem.

When something happens, good or bad, the comfort that food brings you pops into your head. Whenever you feel stressed, anxious, bored, overwhelmed, or want to procrastinate, food helps you feel better, fills the void, and gives you comfort.

You eat. After that short moment of comfort, guilt and shame are invited, along with a sense of loss of control and powerlessness. This can even make you eat more to push away those feelings.

You’ve been feeling like this for years, but promise yourself that this is going to be the last time you lose control. But when the following time comes around, you find yourself in that same cycle again. And you feel like a failure one more time.

Worrying about food and your body prevents you from being who you truly are. Focus on yourself, on what’s important to you, and on creating the life you want for yourself.

Do you believe people can change?

I DO.

I believe that if you’re willing to look inward, open to growth, compassion and forgiveness, you can create the inner balance that will lead you to be who you want to be and create the life you want to have.

By making peace with food, your body, and your emotions, you’ll pave the ground to finding your true self.

In a moment where life felt out of control, it became clear to me that at the end of my life I wanted to look back and be able to say “What an amazing life I had!”.

My relationship with food and my body was getting in the way as it was affecting my self-esteem and my self-confidence, as well as promoting harmful behaviors towards my physical and mental health.

I found a different approach to health that helped me see that there’s no one diet that fits all. And so, the importance of connecting to your body and discover what works for YOU. With an integrative view about health, I understood how all areas of life play an essential role on your well-being. It was actually not about the food. By addressing my emotional eating habits and relationship to myself I was able to break free of food guilt and body shame. I then discovered who I truly was and what I wanted for myself.
